Seagull Prime is the owner of the San Rafael Business Center at 545 Fourth Street in San Rafael. The property sits at the corner of Fourth and Irwin, which is in close proximity to the future home of the new San Rafael Transit Center. Currently, the site is leased to our valuable commercial tenants and will remain an office use for the foreseeable future. Over time, the property could be reimagined to include residential uses, but for now it remains a commercial asset as part of our local portfolio.
